SHADES PALLET COMPETITION T&Cs
1) Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Shades Snacks Ltd (“Promoter”).
2) Eligibility
This competition is open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
Participants must have a valid UK (GB) bank account in their own name in order to receive the prize.
Employees of the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with this competition may not enter.
3) Competition Period
The competition will run from Friday 15th January to Tuesday 20th January inclusive (“Competition Period”).
Daily prize draws will take place at 17:00 (5pm UK time) during the Competition Period. The daily winner will be contacted by email at approximately 17:00 (5pm UK time) using the email address they entered from.
The final entry cut-off is 16:59 (4:59pm UK time) on Tuesday 20th January.
No entries received after 16:59 on Tuesday 20th January will be counted, and no further prize draws will take place after this time.
The winner will be announced on Instagram and contacted via DM from the official Shades account, @shadesbyniko only.
4) First Prize Draw / Early Purchases
Any valid purchases made from 17:00 (5pm UK time) on Thursday 14th January will be eligible for entry into the first prize draw on Friday 15th January at 17:00 (5pm UK time), provided the entry email is received in line with these Terms & Conditions.
5) How to Enter
To enter, you must:
Purchase 3 x 150g bags of Shades from Sainsbury’s in-store.
Tag @shadesbyniko in a grid post or story on Instagram of you with the crate & your sweets.
Keep your receipt! If you win, you must send us proof of purchase to claim prize.
No other method of entry will be accepted.
6) Entry Requirements
The receipt photo must be sent via DM and be clear and legible.
The receipt must clearly show the purchase was made at Sainsbury’s and must show the time and date of purchase.
The receipt must show the purchase of 3 x 150g bags of Shades.
Receipts must be from the same day as the entry (except for early purchases from 5pm on Thursday 14th January, which are valid for the first draw on Friday 15th January).
One mention = one entry.
Participants must submit a new receipt entry each day to be eligible for that day’s prize draw. Receipts cannot be reused across multiple days.
7) Daily Entry Windows & Cut-Off Times
Entries received before 17:00 (5pm UK time) will be entered into that day’s prize draw.
Entries received after 17:00 (5pm UK time) will be counted as an entry into the next day’s prize draw.
Entries received after 16:59 (4:59pm UK time) on Tuesday 20th January will not be valid and will not be included in any prize draw.
8) Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected each day at 17:00 (5pm UK time).
The winner will be chosen from all valid entries received for that day’s prize draw.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9) Winner Notification
The daily winner will be contacted by email at approximately 17:00 (5pm UK time) using the email address they entered from.
Winners must reply to the winner notification email within 48 hours of receiving it to confirm acceptance of the prize. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Winners may be required to provide further information (including proof of eligibility and UK (GB) bank details) in order to receive their prize.
10) Prize
Prize details (including the value and format) will be stated on this landing page and/or in the competition announcement.
All prizes will be paid by bank transfer to the winner’s valid UK (GB) bank account in their own name.
All prizes will be paid in one batch once the Competition Period has ended.
All prizes will be paid on Monday 26th January before 23:59 (11:59pm UK time).
Prizes are non-transferable and no alternative will be offered except at the Promoter’s discretion.
11) Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to:

Reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, fraudulent, or suspected of misconduct
Receipts must clearly show:
- Sainsbury’s purchase
- Date and time of purchase
- Purchase of 3 Shades bags
12) Entry Limits & Fair Use
Entries must be made by individuals. Bulk, automated, or fraudulent entries will be void.
The Promoter may disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or who attempts to manipulate the competition.
13) Data Protection
Personal data submitted (such as name and email address) will be used only for the purposes of administering this competition, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes.

14) General
The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, email delivery problems, spam filtering, or other reasons beyond its control.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
