Everything you need to know about Shades

    • Since our products are perishable items we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong items or your order is damaged or lost, please reach out to us and we can help.

      Please note we cannot provide replacements for orders placed more than 30 days ago.

    • We’re buzzing for you to get your hands on Shades. Your package will usually be shipped in 1-2 business days and should arrive within 3-4 business days. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

      Other things to note:

      • We only ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), because even legends need a break.
      • Ordering a big haul? It might arrive in a few shipments, so don’t panic if everything doesn’t come at once.

      Reminder: We ONLY ship to the UK right now! But don’t worry, we’re working on world domination. Stay tuned.

    • You’ll get a tracking email sent to the same email you used at checkout as soon as your order is shipped.

    • At the moment, we’re only available in the UK. But don’t worry international friends, we’re working day and night (well, mostly during business hours) to bring Shades worldwide.

    • Can’t find the answers you need here? Don’t panic. We got you. Email us at hey@shadesbyniko.com with your order number in the header and we’ll sort you out. Shades customer service = elite customer service.

    • Noooo! That’s not the experience we want for you. We do our best to make sure Shades hits top-tier levels every time. Email us at hey@shadesbyniko.com and we’ll sort you out.

    • Unfortunately, no can do! We can’t assist with orders placed through other retailers, best to get in contact with them direct.

    • Of course! Every single product = 100% vegan.

    • YES! We want EVERYONE to enjoy Shades, so we made sure every product in our range halal. We’re certified by “Halal Certification Europe” so you already know it’s legit. Want more info? Check out more info here.

    • Yes, Shades are made with a gluten-free recipe, meaning no gluten ingredients go into these elite sweets.

      But, while we produce and pack Shades in facilities that don't handle gluten, we haven’t done the official gluten-free test for certification yet. So for now, eat at your own discretion.

    • Yes, dairy-free and nut-free. But before you start doing victory laps, just know that they’re packed in a factory that handles milk.

    • Nope! Our products are 100% alcohol-free and certified halal, so everyone can enjoy them without worry.

    • Easy! Just head over to the About page, where you can read more about our entire range!

    • Only the finest sweets for the finest people. We make them in Germany (because, let’s be real, German sweets hit different).

    • Our bags can be recycled with plastic carrier bags at big supermarkets. We’re out here saving the planet while keeping your snack game strong. Look out for the big ugly box at the front of the store and pop your Shades in there.

    • Carnauba wax is a plant-based, natural wax that comes from the leaves of the Copernicia prunifera tree (fancy name for a Brazilian palm tree).

      We use it to give our sweets that smooth, glossy finish, keeping them fresh, non-sticky, and looking top-tier. And we only source it responsibly because NDL-approved sweets = better sweets.

    • Just like us, Shades are best stored in a cool, dry place. Keep them away from heat, moisture, and all things that could ruin their elite vibes.
