THE SHADE RAID T&Cs

1. Competition Period: This competition will start on 01/09/2025 and close on 30/09/2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
   
   
2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents only. Only one entry per person is allowed. There is a limit of one prize per person.
   
   
3. How to Enter: To enter, take a photo of the winning Shade and a video of you eating it and DM us on Instagram @shadesbyniko. If the same photo or video has already been submitted by another person, your entry will not be valid.
   
   
4. Entry Requirements: Your submitted photo must clearly show a fully white Shade. Your submitted video must show the winning white Shade being eaten
   
   
5. Winner Verification: Shades reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a submitted Shade qualifies as a winning Shade
   
   
6. Prizes: There is a maximum of 100 prizes available for this competition. Each prize consists of 30 packets of Shades (10 x Straight Up Strawberry, 10 x The Originals, 10 x Tropical Blast) and a Shades bucket hat. 
   
   In addition, following the end of the Competition period, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected to receive the Mega Prize: the opportunity to go behind the scenes on a filming day with Niko. Dates, location, and details of the filming day will be determined by Shades and confirmed directly with the winner. 
   
   Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Shades reserves the right to end the competition at any time, including before all prizes have been awarded
   
7. Winner Notification & Claiming: Winners should  be replied to via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply within this time, please email hey@shadesbyniko.com with a screenshot of your DM entry and your video. 
   The Mega Prize winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message after the Competition Period has closed. If the Grand Prize winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Shades reserves the right to withdraw the Grand Prize and select another winner at random.
   
   
8. Content Usage Rights: By entering, you grant Shades by Niko the right to use your entry across its social media channels and marketing materials.
   
   
9. Disqualification: Shades reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or in violation of these terms.
   
   
10. Instagram Disclaimer: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
