ULTIMATE VIBES CHALLENGE T&Cs

1. Promoter
This competition is organised and run by Shades by Niko Ltd (“the Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Meta.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  • Entrants must hold a valid UK bank account in order to receive prize money.
  • Private accounts will not be visible to the Promoter; entries must be made from a public account.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Purchase all four Shades by Niko flavours:
    • Straight Up Strawberry
    • The Originals
    • Tropical Blast
    • Ultimate Vibes
  2. Create a TikTok or Instagram post or reel featuring all four flavours.
  3. Tag @shadesbyniko and include the hashtag #shadesbyniko in the caption.
  4. Make sure you’re following shadesbyniko on instagram and Tik Tok

Each valid post counts as one entry.

  • Competition runs from Saturday 25th October 2025 to Wednesday 12th November 2025 at 5:00 PM (GMT).
  • Entries made outside this period will not be considered.

4. Prizes

  • Daily Prizes: One winner will be chosen each day from eligible entries across TikTok and Instagram.
    • Each daily winner will receive £1,000.
    • Winners must provide proof of purchase (receipt) showing they bought all four flavours to claim the prize.
  • Grand Prize: The post or reel with the most views at 5:00 PM on 12th November 2025 will win £5,000.
  • All prizes will be paid on 13th November 2025 via bank transfer to the winner’s UK bank account.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Daily winners will be selected by Shades based on valid entries.
  • We’ll pick a winner every day at 5 PM — any entries after that will count toward the next day’s draw.
  • Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) from the official Shades by Niko TikTok or Instagram account only.
  • Winners must respond within 48 hours and provide their purchase receipt and email address to claim their prize.
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Shades reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Entry Conditions

  • Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or that do not follow the required entry process will not be valid.
  • Shades reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entries deemed offensive or in violation of community guidelines.
  • Entries must be original content created by the participant.

7. Verification

Shades reserves the right to:

  • Request proof of identity, residency, and/or proof of purchase at any time.
  • Refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement if an entry is found to be invalid, incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8. General

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no alternative will be offered.
  • Shades' decision is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Shades accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or not visible due to privacy settings.
  • By entering, participants grant Shades Snacks Ltd the right to share or repost their entry content on official brand channels with credit given.
  • Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition.

9. Liability

The Promoter will not be liable for:

  • Any failure of third-party platforms (TikTok or Instagram).
  • Technical malfunctions, delays, or issues beyond its control.
  • Any failure to receive an entry or award a prize due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by participants.
  • Any fraudulent or illegitimate claims made by third parties impersonating the Promoter. Winners will only be contacted by the Promoter’s official account, @shadesbyniko.

10. Data Protection

  • Any personal data provided (e.g. name, email, bank details) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with GDPR and Shades privacy policy.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfilment.

11. Governing Law
This competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
